  • Think of things you can do to make yourself feel good and do them
  • Take calcium and vitamin d daily
  • Work out and exercise as much as possible
  • Make lists so you won’t forget
  • Lubricate and enjoy
  • Eat a little ice cream and try not to feel guilty
  • Talk to your girlfriends about this
  • Take time out just to care for you
  • Don’t sweat the small stuff

Celebrate—you’ve got another third of your life left to enjoy!!!

Great menopause ideas! I will use them and pass them on to all my friends going through the same thing!
